Wuz up all,

Stoped by the Dyno Edge Yesterday to look at Chris's Drag Radial Car, If you didn't know, he wrecked the car at his last event cuasing major damage to the front and rear of the car. (Chris is Fine) Now here lies the challange. I have given Chris My word that I will finish this car on time so he can make the next event. Which is Two weeks away. So I figure the next 8-10 Days will be nothing but thrashing to make this happen, So if anyone out there wants to lend a hand, that would be cool. Good news is Chris bought a donor car so finiding parts shouldnt be a problem.

Pretty much the entire left side will be replaced, The entire front will need replaced, The complete rear Replaced. Then repaint the whole car. Not to mention Frame pulls on the front,Middle,and Rear of the car.

So you can only Imagine how much work is involved with this. I will post pics of the build on the car. to keep you guys posted, My number is up in the border if you want to stop by.

No problem guys I will probably be here late for the next few nights!!!! but I got the car about 1:30 and so far we have pulled the front frame rails, got those back were they need to be and got the diamond out of the roof. I got the hood all back together it needs to dry overnight. Taking the donor car apart right now and its only 1/4 after 4 so we are making good time. I will keep you posted.

Cool, Well its 7:00pm so far we have the race car pretty close on the frame machine the front middle and rear are close enough to start putting parts back on it. I want to say thanks to Shawn over at Lomas Glass and Tent, He stopped by tonight on his way home and removed the glass out of the donor for me. The donar is cut and trimmed out so if anyone needs any thing from a 89 and up coupe I am sure chris will let it go cheap. i am done with that car. Tomorrow I will have the hood Prepped and painted, The deck lid and Doors Prepped and painted. Chris is looking for another Donor for a Front End. The one that He got was hit in the front so Again if anyone out there has any connections with a mustang coupe please advise. Also still looking for a few Minor parts.

Front Bumper Cover ( I have one but it needs work)
Other than that I think we have everything else.

Thanks for the support..... Well its Friday about 11.00 am, The final Pieces to the puzzle arrived this morning which is the front clip of another donor car. The Left rear inner and outer quarter is on and Trimmed out, The Drivers door is on to test fit the Door gaps everything looks good. The Deck lid is back on the hinges (thats the hard Part) all these pieces are fitting great. put the left tail light in to check fitment all is good there too. So now the fun starts, we will have the quarter welded in before the day is out. We will start prepping the front so we can section in the core support and inner fender skirts. Hopefully by sat. Night the main body fabrication will be complete. I still have a ton of prep work that needs to be done, So if anyone wants to sand and prep the car and the remaining pieces I will by lunch. So far So Good.

+1 Body shops for the win!!!!!!! All in all I think the car turned out great. even though we only had a 1 day for paint and body work!!!!!!!! The car is in Vegas this weekend, I will call chris to find out how things are going.
