so i am about to purchase a traction bar for my crx this week. i was told like sway bars it doesn't really matter the brand cheap or expensive that its all the same bs and they will all do the same job. is this same with a traction bar? dude wants to sell me a traction bar and a custom rad to mount to to for 150 good deal???

You get what you pay for. I know on some of the companies traction bars they would bind up some times. And not all are adjustible. I had the full race traction bar on mine it worked wonders but also cost 800 with radiator. Some also mount a little funky as well. I would get a good reputal one if you can afford it though.

the one he wants to sell me is an ETD setup he said he doesn't know the brand oof radiator though.

My personal opinion is that you should defentily go with a fully adjustable set of traction bars. Cause once you get them on there you are going to have dial them in for the way that you use your car. All traction bars were not created equal!!!!

i took a look at the edt looks kind of sketch to me and not very solid. if i were you i would save my money and wait untill i can find a full race traction bar and radiator. you wont regreat it one bit.

Most good traction bars go for (from what I have seen) at least $300 used.
