Mods are all suspension at this point. Bike has a K&N filter and the stock pipes are gutted form the previous owner.

Feels a tad better well see what the track says.

Before tune vs after tune.

So I am curious what you set the AFR at. And I understand your are using ECU Editor right now and only tuned 100% WOT or did you mess with the IAP mapping as well?

Those #s are just about right. Mine made 150hp but with a PCIII but the AFR was rich @12.4 to 12.6. So probably a few HP if I leaned it out to say 13.0 or so. I just haven't had time to go to the dyno and see what the ECU editor can do. Well, I've been using it for awhile but no dyno time as of yet.

PS - You didn't forget to set the ECU editor for dyno mode did ya, I'm sure you didn't.

The IAP map was pretty good stock. I just did WOT to get the feel for the software, it leaves a lot to be desired in the way of map changes, and I did find one bug in it, but for free I am not complaining. It works pretty good stock, but it's the big fuel system that will make or break the Freeware. I did disable IAT and put it in dyno mode, although its my first bull, it's not my first rodeo lol. BTW AFR was the typical 13.0 ish after the tune.

Nice Sean, always cool to pick up some power. I guess I should be happy cause I was kinda disappointed when PJs only got 7.5hp, 8tq out of my bike and almost at 166rwhp but my A/Fs are all over the place. Runs great though. Cant wait til its FI

Stock CBR 1000s run 9.54s stock at this elevation.

And walks the shit out of any busa. Evar.

But he wouldn't race anyone. Not even a black person in a white camaro.

I am waiting on my gearing befor i open my mouth. and my jet engine to run the dam new thermal coupal broke.
also sean i would like to flash my ecu and remove the governor so i can take off that dam tre. i would also like to tune the electronics for my new cams and shorty stacks according to schnitz there is a slight timing difference for cylinders1-4 vs 2-3 do to the long tube stacks from the factory im me your number

Number is 505-294-1020. You can ditch the whole power commander stuff with the tune up. The stock ecu works as a window switch, WOT switch and I can tune separate nitrous fuel and timing maps on the stock ecu. Basically one can have max power on motor then max power on nitrous all in one tune. Its bad ass stuff.
