Small Block Chevy with a big cam. Right near 700 lift with the 1.6 ratio rockers. Does anyone have any experience with this. I put a $29.00 pair of SBC valve covers to clear the stud girdle. Maybe the cheapo valve covers?

I've got valve cover spacers I'd sell for $25.00 plus the bus ride.
OR
use a ball pean hammer to clearance the covers !

If you already have the 'tall' valve covers, just use the thick cork gaskets, Felpro and Mr. Gasket both make them, I have to use them to clear my stud girdle also. Try Mr. Gasket 5861.
