you would have to make the entire car DOT legal. Much more than your 13K budget. You would be better off converting your own car to right hand drive and would be much cheaper.

The only RHD car I would ever buy is a GTR 34 and that's because there is no LHD version. Then again I don't have 100K to drop!

Hell, if they costed the same as LHD cars, I'd say go for it.

I've seen bone stock right hand drive civics (99-00) go for like 12k.

Now that's some crap in my book since and LHD 99-00 is worth like 4 tops.
