That Honda when driven correctly should be a 9-10 second car depending on the boost. I have seen similar setups run in the 8s as well though.

I have heard that the evo has run a high 9 second time at the track and the civic has run a 9.6 @ 164 mph. Here is one of his 9 second passes. This one was only at 144 mph...
