I know it will bolt up. I don't know anything about the traction control, but all 10 bolts from 82-02 are swappable.

It'll bolt right in. I never dealt with this swap. You're the designated R & D guy. As for electronics the 95 z28 did have traction control. It was available mid year. The obvious difference is that the brakes mount differently. Check the axle housing ends (bolt pattern/size) if they're the same. Next check the axle ends/length. If everything checks out. You should be able to transfer the parts. If it was me. I would just swap out rear ends and not have traction control. Other than the obvious. I hope this was helpful. Please inform us of your findings for future projects.

Does your rear have the electical connector on the top of the rear or at the axles? Does the rear of the 95 have the same? Also are you going to swap the brakes over? The LT1 brakes are smaller so if you decide to run drag wheels, there is less grinding. Are you sure your car has traction control? My 98 did not have it either, even though there was a light for it. I would not worry about the traction control if it was me.

There's a junkyard in Alb. that specializes in Camaros. If you don't know it. I'll try and get the name of the place. I talked to him a few times a long time ago. Just can't remember right now. Must be getting old.

The junkyard is South Coors Truck Salvage. 242-1144. It's on old coors sw. The guy is Steve. Steve and his son started buying f-bodies a few years back. His son doesn't work with him anymore. He's still is buying f-bodies. He currently has more firebirds than camaros. He does have a complete 10 bolt w/posi out of a 98 z-28. Non traction control. Doesn't remember gear ratio. $650 w/exchange. He has a few firebirds with real nice interiors (leather) for you Eddie. I'm sure some items are the same as camaro. I bought truck parts from him in the past. Has good parts. Lots of parts already out of trucks/cars and stored inside. Let me know how it goes.

Oh, I've been there. I completely forgot about that place. I'll run over there tomorrow.
