So just to be clear, let's say I have a gun broker auction with full disclaimer that the buyer must make sure it is legal to own in their state and I will not ship until their payment (check/money order) clears will full funds available to me

It is 100% legal for me to ship the firearm to their FFL, correct? Or do I have to locate a local FFL to ship it out for me?
I'm only used to selling FTF. I'd really like to clear out about 12 firearms fairly quickly and not get raped by pawn shop/local gun shop lowballs

Depends on the FFL. Some won't accept shipments from private parties. Most of the time you are in the clear though is my understanding.

RRA/PSA AR-15 build
Excellent/very good numbers matching M38 w/blonde wood
same condition M44 with slightly darker wood

basically ones that have low round counts that just gather dust. i hate having guns to "collect"

and what's a fair rate to charge for shipping?

think i could get away with a flat rate of $35 (without the added cost of insurance, of course. I'd add that depending on the price of the weapon)
