i did a lot of street racing in so. cal during the years i lived there.(mariposa in San Bernadino, norco, corona, etc..) thinking back several of my street racing friends were LA County PD..lol anywho.. it's always a bunch of B.S. when a news org. spins a story their way and does not have the facts in line, at the same time it's a bunch of B.S. when a state/gov. tells you what you can an can't do with your own property.. CA is huge on emissions etc. so i understand the intake and exhaust situation he is refering to..however, CA also has a grandfather clause for pre 76 model cars and trucks.. wich is how we got around smog test etc while i was there.. just my :twocents:
