I HAVE ALWAYS RAN BLOCKED OFF POWER VALVES NOW THAT THE CAR RUNS ON THE STREET I FIGURE IT MAY HELP WITH CRUSING SPEEDS.THE CAR MAKE 5.5 INCHS VACUME AT IDLE SO WOULD A 3.5 POWER VALVE BE A CORRECT CHOICE.

It depends where you want the primary circuit to start coming in? What jets are in the car? What size of carb? What kind? Whats the engine size? Compression? Cam? Converter if auto?
3.5 or a 2.5, but I bet you go back to blocking them. I'm running a 3-circuit 4500 blocked on the street. I get about 4.5mpg, but it doesn't foul plugs and runs like a rapped ape.

i've always used the "half the in. vac. amount rule" it's always seemed to work for me.. ex: if it's 5 in. vac. use a 2.5 valve etc..
And if you have an automatic, make sure you check it in gear at idle, I always use 1 to 1.5 inchs under what it idles at , and remember to jet it down about 8 jet sizes 'ballpark figure' if it was jetted properly with the PV plug in place.
