Wikipedia said:
Starting in 1994, Toyota solved this problem by offering a Roots-type supercharger with air-to-air intercooler, providing 6psi of boost (these models were called the "S/C"), bringing the engine power up to a competitive 160 hp (120 kW). Initially, the S/C engine was only available as an option on the LE in 1994 and all models in 1995. For 1996, the normally aspirated engine was discontinued, and the S/C became the standard engine on all trim levels.

And here is the car......

Tada!

Wait a van?!?You say! Not just any van but a mid engine designed 5-speed available AWD Supercharged van! Eat your rice out! With little work I am sure this thing can be built to 200 horses and gutted!

lol i got to drive one of those vans when i used to go to high school in cali. My pops picked it up from an up scale neighborhood where this asian peeps had upgraded into a lexus. I know they looks kinda funny but this van was hella fun to drive and super roomy. I have an uncle who after seeing ours went in search for one and found it which to this day he still has it. reliable as hell. well those were the days lol. Sometimes for the hell of it we would race them civics and had a good time confusing them lol.

4G63T swap?!? LSX Swap?!?

Actually the Chrysler turbo Caravans and Voyagers were pretty sick and the Chrysler 2.2T was a pretty stout motor as well!

I am going to try and find one of these vans, large injectors, AFPR, Bigger pulley, and FMIC, and a great clutch! HELL YEA that would give a STi a good run in Rallye Cup :D

The turbo dodge vans were cooler lol
this.
There was a white turbo dodge van (the ones that like, are 50feet tall).
Putting in work at the jr drags about 5 years ago.
After racing he would park in a parking lot which made it look like a company vehicle. Perfect getaway sleeper.
