I have heard that its a great workout, you get stronger and maybe look a little more tone but if you don't follow their diet program exactly you don't loose much weight.
From what my buddy told me, the workouts amount to about 1.5 hours each day. He was all excited that his back got ripped, but hell if I worked out for 1.5 hours 6 days a week I'd be ripped all over the damn place...
