Here is the official TX2K9 information. For those of you that never been to one its easily one of the baddest car meets in the world. It started like a Supra meet buts its a lot more then that. Its a fast street car meet. usually the big dogs are Supras, Vipers, Corvettes. Exotics are likely to been seen also .

The meet consists of road racing, dyno day, car show, 60-130 competition, drag racing, and most exciting late night street action. You want to see real 1200 whp street cars street racing? This is your meet. If you go prepare to not get any sleep. The unofficial "late night" events are outrageous. Houston is one crazy town.

I know its a little early to post up. But every year I hear I'm down to go. Then last minute everybody is broke. I'm setting aside some money for this, I cant wait. BTW this event takes place in Houston.

Haha only thing that sucks is it looks like the Texas Mile will be the following week. They tired to work them together but the Texas Mile people are being flaky and not setting a solid date. Peter needed to know in advance to schedule the track rentals around it, so he went ahead with the normal dates.

ya i was checking dates when i 1st saw your post, and the mile is expensive to run like 300 bucks for a weekend and you only get like 12 passes in a weekend thats if the weather is good

well i think i will try to make it also with my car. if i can get ahold of a 5th wheel hitch i think my boss will let me barrow his 3 car hauler if anyone wants to pitch in gas i should have room for two cars and room in the truck for people

id be more than happy to split gas and my bike wont take up much room. That's if i cant find me a enclosed trailer for a decent price, if i get one ill just go in my truck.

I work at duggers lol so my boss has a bad ass enclosed haulers so if no one wants to go in on a 3 car it would be easyer for me to do the enclosed since i dont need a 5 wheel hitch.
