We have tried that it was called NO BULL ALL OUT! It was fun but people still to around it and it started a shit storm. It was one hell of a event tho lol almost fist fights in the pits.
What we need is more bad blood and drama that's what gets the people to show up lol
I have an ongoing rivalry with Speedie, but he doesn't show up to No Bulls.

Index racing over bracket racing here also. Like the "arm drop" element and no boards also, adds a street racing element to the mix. No prep, bring your own "glue"!

Promotion, car count, fill the stands!

Sorry, I'm out for the rest of the year. Lack of funds.

Back on topic, a couple weeks before the next one we all need to share as much BS on FB and other sites as possible. Maybe someone can put a short vid together of some past event footage and share that as well.

That was the first time I was able to make it to a no bull event. I was surprised how little the turnout was. I agree we need to utilize all the free promo we can like facebook and all that shit. It was disappointing the timing system was not working but I got to run on a bigger jet knowing I could not get booted for no cage so that was nice. I had 7 people not including myself and will try and bring as many as I can. Although I did hurt the car on the fast pass so I hope my car will be able to make the next one.
First for me too. I knew I didn't have a chance in the 14.5 class, but people were saying not enough people show up for it. I got taken out in the first round, but all the runs before it started were fun. Dan, you scared the hell out of me when we lined up together... then you disappeared.
I Didn't know exactly what the no bull series was until the night before. I usually try to get all the guys at work to come out for events, but their car is broke or they're not going to be in town... or won't go unless one of the others who aren't going go. :gay:

:eek:ldman:Hate to say it, too many events, unless your going to make it a series with end of year awards your not going to get a good car count on 4 shows a year. That said; keep the index format for these shows.

Do a Spring Shootout in May, a Hot Summer Nights in August, and Bragging Rights Fall shootout in October. just my :twocents:

If we included a street stock 15.5 index (no drag radials, no race cars) we may get some that are scared to bring the newer cars to the track.

I would blame the format, but AOCO is essentially the same damn thing and that has an insane turnout.

Promotion is probably the culprit. I remember discussing this last year with Vincent and neither of us knew when the No Bull dates were. On the other hand, I saw AOCO all over the place - TSC, facebook, their website, teaser videos, etc.

Even this one I saw a few people asking questions the day of the event like "what time do we meet". If people cannot find the info easily they will just brush it off and not show.

Gotta make it easy for people to find the info and know exactly what is going on.
