Hey guys. Time to make my intro. I have been lurking around the site for a few weeks, and I like what I see.

My name is Adam, and I am from lil ole Lubbock. I drive a Sonic Blue 03 Cobra Coupe.

If anyone has seen the vids floating around, most all titled "Mexico" along with the date, the Blue Cobra in those vids is mine.

I believe they are all here: www.youtube.com/drwp

Thanks for the welcome guys!

As of right now, the car is just a ported eaton and support mods. I am in the process of building an aluminum block, something over 300 cid and decent compression, for a healthy shot. no plans for a blower upgrade.

out of curiosity if your motor stock can hold a lot of power wouldn't it make sense to invest your money in different go fast mods to get more of a bang for your buck?

Yes, you are corect. However, mine needs valve guides replaced, and I refuse to pull the engine down and not go all out on it. I will keep some of the costs down by reusing the factory crank/rods. Plus, the aluminum block will save somewhere around 100lbs.
