hey so my car is haveing heating issues! and i drove it this moring and my fan isnt working. the shitty thing is its on a switch so i dont know what to do if its the switch or the fan!!! and the other question is were is the thermostat on the 03 cobras if any one can help me very thankfull!!

If your electric fan is hooked up like mine.. as in 2 wires hooked straight through a switch then battery, no regulator/thermostat operating it just a hand switch, then you can just hook up 2 wires to the battery to see if its the fan or the switch. aren't thermostats in the waterpump?

It should have a relay, if it doesn't, make sure you have a switch that can handle the amps.

iirc the thermostat is in the inlet(lower radiator hose) like all the other 4.6's

The relay that controls it is called a CCRM, constant control relay module, it runs like 4 things if I remember right. It inside of the passenger fender underneath the plastic wheel cover thing. I'd bet 90% thats your problem.
