I don't usually post about my accomplishments but today I finally completely one of my biggest goals. I broke the rocker nut at the last NO BULL and after spending a solid 8 dollars shipped I got a new one and got the car running again. Last night I decided to go through all the valves to make sure none of the others had become loose.. damn car fought me all night. After 3 trys I got all the valves adjusted and the girdles back on. I went to put my #1 spark plug back in and somehow stripped out the hole. No idea how. Got a tap today after fighting it for a little longer and made my own damn threads. Got the car buttoned back up and was very happy that it fired right up. Took it over to chevron and put some wonderful 91 octane gas in the tank. Got in a few pulls on the freeway on the way to the track and it seemed to be running pretty good.

First pass was 10.11 on 9psi at 132mph which is weak I know..

Second pass I turned it up to 11psi still at 18 degrees of timing locked down and went [email protected] on PUMP GAS!!!

Drove the bitch home and parked it safely in the garage.. DA was 7200 when i made the second pass. Guess I need a new goal now :beer:
