going a little different direction on the '56. Need to sell the TKO to $ a 2004R.
(the wife wants to drive the '56 and she's got knee issues).
this TKO 500 is new, comes with fine spline input, C6 output yoke, shifter, roller pilot bearing, and more.....
It's still in the box/new.

$1500.00 plus shipping, but would prefer you come and get it (bring CASH!!).

all you need is a regular SBC/BBC bellhousing and a "special" flywheel. I was going to put this tranny behind a 5.3 in a '66 Chevelle. Everything bolted up. All i needed was the flywheel.

So the input shaft actually makes it to the pilot bearing in the crank? Do you have the bellhousing you were gonna use? Also, will this work with a late model hydraulic clutch setup?

yes I've got a bellhousing, and the pilot bushing for this setup is a little longer. GM or RAM or McLeod or wherever you get the flywheel has the bushing also. As to the hyd. TO, yes you can use one. but the belhousing i've got is for mechanical linkage.
