I switched from a 3.73 to a 3.27 and the car is still reaching is maximum mph several hundred feet from the finish line. I'm not sure a 3.08 will be enough gear but a extra couple mph in the 1320 would be nice.

stock fuel cut at 6250. I have my digital 6 set up to let me rev to 6200

get an rpm extender, im shifting mine at 6500, it was seeing 7k the other night

no one could tell me what gear is in that glide, The car seems to run out of air around 6000 rpm so i don't know if a rpm extender would do much good or not. i didn't lose anything on my 60' going from a 3.73 to a 3.27 so i don't see how going to a 3.08 would hurt me.

I know that. But it being set that low is whats keepin the motor alive, dont know how long it would last revving out higher.
