ya man for sure just let me know hopefully ill have the camaro done soon but may take a little longer now that i picked this up. This means im just gonna run the camaro on a ls6 cam for a while instead of the one i got specd but hopefully it will give some descent numbers. The shity thing about the gto is i was supposed to buy a car to carpool in but i dont think im going to take this one out to the mine so i still need to buy a beater lol.
I most def, would NOT take that for a carpool vehicle bro especially out to the mine. lol It is way to clean and Badass for that.

I've seen a bunch of people make some decent numbers with the Ls6 cam when boosted. Hell just run it as is for now and swap later on if you don't like it.
very nice.... grants got faster.
How much did you get her for? i raced that car on some hwy pulls very quick, and I agree a very beautiful car did the mods change from what he had posted in 09?
the only mod that i know changed is that it has a 4200 stall now not sure about anything else i know his times are definately faster since 09 so may be more too it

was thinking i may do that and just upgrade valve springs and pushrods on my stock cam just never done springs with the heads on before but i guess if end up dropping a valve just pull the heads off than.
Nice buy man that car is sick as ****.
thanks and ya after seeing it a while back i knew i wanted it wether or not everybody would give me shit about not building it myself. Joe seems to have taken Extremely good care of it as i can tell cause its clean as can be.
congrats on a good buy, Joe took good care of that car.

thanks, i was hoping to hear that even though from what i could tell the car is extremely well kept. Didnt wanna buy it than hear it was beat or something like that but from talking to Joe he seemed like a great guy and to be a honest guy and looking at the car confirmed that to me

Easy man. There are a few ways to go about it. You can put the piston to TDC on which ever cylinder your working on and the valves will only drop so much, or you can use a tool of your liking through the spark plug hole to hold the valve up while you swap the spring on it, or find the right fitting that fits the spark plug hole and connects to an air compressor and fill the cylinder with air which helps hold the valve up.

There are a bunch of ways to do it just pick which ever you feel most comfortable with.
Damn we never got to race Joe, maybe in your next toy.
